Rock Creek

Nestled into a wooded setting, this modern home feels private and expansive while strongly rooted in the neighborhood community. Work began shortly after the home was purchased, with the vision of creating a bright, modern, and functional ‘Forever Home’ for this family of four.

A comprehensive evaluation led to a mindful transformation; everything from layout to windows, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings was assessed and designed to meet the needs and aesthetic of the family.

Minimal in form and finish, a few distinctive details come together to make this a truly custom home: the unique application of exposed edge apple ply throughout the casework; whitewashed oak paneling that envelops and defines space; and custom steel pieces that juxtapose the softer element of wood. The result is a balanced, harmonious environment.
